Why do I need to complete an Intake Form?
The Intake Form helps me understand your experiences, challenges, and goals ahead of time. This allows us to use the session efficiently and focus on what matters most to you, rather than spending time gathering background information.
When will I receive the Intake Form?
You’ll receive the Intake Form immediately after booking. It can also be found on the main page at https://feelingempowered.org/. Completing it before your session is required.
How long does the Intake Form take?
Most clients complete it in 5-7 minutes. You don’t need perfect answers, honesty and reflection are more important.
What happens during the session?
We’ll discuss what you shared in the Intake Form, explore your challenges and goals, and work through practical, values-aligned steps you can take moving forward.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on awareness, growth, and forward movement. Therapy may be more appropriate for clinical mental health concerns.
Do I need to commit to ongoing sessions?
No commitment is required. You may book one session and decide later if continued support feels right.
